1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the ALBESNI website at albesni.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

2. Who We Are

ALBESNI is a clothing brand based in Lebanon, owned and operated by Bahaa. We sell clothing and related products through our website. For any questions, you can reach us on WhatsApp at +961 70 800 730.

3. Products & Orders

• All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.
• Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
• By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide (name, address, phone number) is accurate and complete.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or errors in pricing.
• Order confirmation is sent via WhatsApp after we receive and verify your order.

4. Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Payment is due upon receipt of your order. Refusing to pay upon delivery may result in your account being restricted from future orders.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver within Lebanon. Delivery times vary by region and are communicated via WhatsApp after order confirmation.
• ALBESNI is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control (weather, road closures, unrest, etc.).
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.

6. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• To initiate a return or exchange, contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason.
• Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
• Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.

7. User Accounts

• You may create an account on our Site using your email address and a password.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent activity.

8. Waitlist Program

By joining the ALBESNI Earn Money waitlist, you agree to receive communications about the program launch. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee participation in the program or any specific benefits. We reserve the right to modify or cancel the program at any time before launch.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, and designs — is the property of ALBESNI and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site without our express written permission.

10. Prohibited Conduct

When using our Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALBESNI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lebanon.
